FAQ

Do I have to go ahead and submit my Entire Paper if I've only submitted only an Abstract so far?

Ans: That’s right, you can go ahead and submit our Entire Paper, making sure to do so before the deadline for submission.

Is making changes to the names of the author or co-authors allowed after the submission of the paper? Can I also change the title of my paper and author(s) name(s) in the Conference Program draft?

Ans: Yes, you are allowed to make changes to the names of the author and co-authors of your paper as well as the title and author(s) name(s) in the draft of the Conference Program, provided you make sure to do so before the deadline for registration.

What do I do if my university/research institution/higher education facility is taking time to approve my application?

Ans: In such a case, we advise you to reach out to our team and give us a clear indication of how long it will take for them to approve your application.

Although we treat individual cases as per the prevailing individual circumstances, we strongly recommend initiating and completing this process at least a month prior to the start of the conference.

In dire circumstances, the most we can wait is two weeks prior to the start of the conference.

Am I allowed to submit my abstract solely for publication in the conference proceedings?

Ans: Yes, you are allowed to submit your abstract only for publication in the conference proceedings if you wish to do so.

Is it possible for me to place a request for deletion once my abstract or entire paper has been published in the conference proceedings?

Ans: Unfortunately, once either your abstract or entire paper has been published and disseminated through our conference proceedings, it is not possible for us to delete or make any modifications to it.

Can I have my abstract published in a journal?

Ans: No, only entire papers are considered for publication in journals, as our Editing & Reviewing team will need to evaluate the entire paper in order to determine its eligibility for publication.

Can I pick the journal in which I want my paper to be submitted?

Ans: No, this decision will be taken solely by our Editing & Reviewing team based on their assessment of the suitability of your research paper.

In order to allow sufficient time for this evaluation to occur, we urge you to ensure the submission of your entire paper at least two weeks before the registration deadline.

Will I be provided with feedback on my submission?

Ans: Yes, as soon as our Editing & Reviewing team is done reviewing your submission, you will be sent a PER or Paper Evaluation Report

In the event that your paper is approved for publication in a journal, you will be sent an additional report called the ERR or Editorial Review Report containing detailed feedback.

In order to receive these reports, you will have to make sure to submit your research paper in its entirety.

How long will take for my paper to be published in a journal?

Ans: This depends entirely on how soon we receive your response to the PER and ERR reports, i.e., how soon you make all the necessary changes to your paper and submit the revised version.

We work tirelessly towards ensuring that every paper that we receive is given the due attention that it needs to ensure quick publication.

That said, the publication of a paper can take a minimum of six months.

Will it be possible for me to publish my paper in another journal after it has been published in the conference proceedings by you?

Ans: Yes. Even if we’ve published your paper in the conference proceedings, you can still go ahead and get it published in another journal.

However, we recommend you only pursue the publication of your abstract in the conference proceedings, should this be your intention, to begin with.

Note: Abstracts or papers once published in the conference proceedings will not be deleted or modified.

Will it be possible for me to receive a feedback report on my submission prior to registering for the conference?

Ans: No, we don’t offer feedback reports to submitters who haven’t registered for the conference.

Will it be possible for me to avail of a Discount or Sponsorship from the conference?

Ans: Unfortunately, we do not yet have any Discount or Sponsorship schemes to offer.

However, we do have an Early-Bird Discount that you can avail of if you register before the deadline for availing the Early-Bird Discount.

Will I receive a draft of the Conference Program? If so, when will I receive it?

Ans: Yes, if you’ve successfully registered for the conference, you will be sent a draft of the Conference Program (containing information on all the submitted papers and authors’ names) one week prior to the start of the conference.

What are all the unique benefits that this conference offers that other conferences don’t?

Can you help me with booking a hotel room? Will I be able to avail of any special discounts/rebates at the hotel where the conference will be held or any partnering hotels?

We also don’t offer any special discounts and rebates either at the hotel where the conference will be held or at any partnering hotels.
